Calls 24/7

Elena answers at any hour, including nights and holidays. A client calling your salon at 10 pm gets an answer.

Answers with your information

She answers with your hours, prices and services, exactly as you give them. Asked if you open on Saturday, she says what your details say.

Appointments and bookings

She takes the appointment or booking during the call. A table for four on Friday gets noted.

Help in several languages

She talks to each caller in their language. A tourist calls your hotel in English and Elena replies in English.

Summary and full conversation, by email and in your space

After each call you get a summary and the whole conversation. In a minute you know who called and what they wanted.

Contacts and requests

She notes each person’s name, phone and request. By evening you have the list of people waiting for a quote.

Transfers calls to the phone you choose

When a person is needed, Elena passes the call to the number you pick. An urgent call to your garage reaches your mobile.
